Now accessing your
account is just a
touch tone phone call away!

Now you can do your own "tellering" privately and conveniently from any touch tone phone. Sybil is an auto-response teller designed to

allow all of our members access to their accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just think, no more waiting for the credit union to open or being put on hold when you call.

All new draft accounts are automatically set up for Sybil. To active your account, we have used the last 4 digits of the primary member's social security number. You can change this access code/pin number to another number through Sybil, if you wish. Just select the menu option to "change access code" and Sybil will walk you through the steps. However, the credit union will not be held responsible for any losses occurring from the members mishandling of their access code pin number.

Sybil allows you to access account information such as account balances, direct deposit amounts and cleared drafts and to process transactions such as share to share and share to loan transfers.

Don't have a draft account?

If you do not have a draft account you may not be set up for Sybil, call us and we can activate your account.

If you have any problems or questions, call the credit union and we will help you. Once you know how to operate Sybil, you don't have to wait for her to prompt you. Keep this menu guide handy for a quick reference of Sybil's prompts.

Use your account number as it appears on your statement. You may also look on the bottom of your checks. Your account number starts after the 6 zeros and you must drop the last check digit - all account numbers end in zero for Sybil.

Are you using the right access code?
The original access code is the last four digits of the primary member's social security number

Is your account activated for Sybil?
All new checking accounts should be automatically activated, but if you have had your account for a while we might have missed you.

Are you trying to make a loan payment that is less than the full payment amount?
Sybil will only allow you to make a full payment on your loan.

If all else fails call the credit union and we will help you figure it out!
